In this workshop you will learn how to design and test a business model after you have identified an initial target customer segment and corresponding set of value propositions. It will help you understand the role of the minimum viable product in helping to find a true product market fit. Learn how to conduct your customer/market discovery process to validate elements of your business model, and learn how to identify what particular areas need special focus based on your business type. This session will further expand your knowledge of lean startup methodology and new venture creation in general.
